VELA and VELA VIENTO open directly onto the waterfront promenade and Marasi Bay Marina, with sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa and downtown Dubai. VELA rises 150 m across 30 floors and contains 38 residences—some of whose curtain-wall panels and windows were manufactured by Haomei. VELA VIENTO climbs 180 m through 41 floors and comprises 92 apartments, three of them unique bridge apartments that span the tower itself. Iconic curves sculpt the façade, while wrap-around pools and all-glass walls ripple and wave, seamlessly linking indoor and outdoor realms. Stepped terraces extend the coastal landscape, letting each building settle gracefully into its seaside surroundings.
